Above shows board member Lori Midttun, who does business with Sepehr Ebrahimzadeh's Seneca LLC, contradicting herself under sworn testimony on how she does business with SEP. A recent board meeting David Taylor asked Lori if she does business with Sep, Her answer " no comment" and email the board if you want the answer! The current board has no, No transparency, No fairness, Conflicts of Interest, unfair fine and permit enforcement.
Its time for a change. 3 other owners are looking at starting another lawsuit as deadline has passed to be added to the current suit.
Ask the Board to stop letting disputes escalate and cause claims that can cost all owners. Be Transparent, Record the meetings, Allow Arbitration instead of expensive lawsuits, Fairness and equal enforcement of the rules.

Does business with Lori Midttun
Used fake names and unlicensed names to deceive consumers on who they are doing business with in order to not get bad reviews or complaints to government agencies.
Lori is a licensed real estate broker that handles multiple transactions in belltown court almost yearly.
She does business with Sep the board president

Ali was elected to the board due to Sep's solicitation for proxies and asking his businesses managed units in Belltown court to vote for Ali. Sep acting as board president also had controlling majority percentage of votes during the meeting. He declined multiple motions to increase transparency and allow disclosure of Lori Sep and Ali's business together to the members.
Ali does business with Sep for property management
and
Ali bought his property from Lori as his real estate broker. Lori does business with Sep and refers clients to Lori.
This information was failed to be disclosed to the HOA members and when asked they all refused to answer.
JB claims to not see the conflict of interest with Sep/ Seneca LLC managing 50+ belltown court units, while being on the board with Lori who also uses Sep to manage her unit, instructing the concierge/ staff to fine competing owners or not fine his managed units or that Sep attends violation meetings against his competition etc. JB seems very passive, he claims to be sad to see a conflict in the building but refuses to acknowledge the conflict of interest within the board.

Kari has double the interest to keep Sep Ebrahimzadeh happy.
She manages 2 building that Sep is on the board of and controls Kari.
KAri is in fear to lose both contracts if she doesn't keep Sep happy.

Lori Midttun 534 and Ali Sayyah 330 with Sep making 3 of the 4 residential board members using Seps business. They don't see this as a conflict and refuse to disclose to the members.
